Viking Blizzard

At Vikings.com, you can read Bryant McKinnie's training camp journal, or more about Robert Ferguson joining the team.

At the Star Tribune, you can read more about Robert Ferguson, and about Cedric Griffin's importance to the secondary.

At the Pioneer Press, you can read even more about Robert Ferguson, and you can read about Bobby Wade's contributions to the team.

At Viking Update you can read even more about Robert Ferguson.

Holy Hitter forwarded me an article at Yahoo! Sports about Adrian Peterson's fantasy prospects (knowing I'm very excited about having drafted him--and for a mere 20 of 265 dollars).

  2. Just ignore analymous, clearly grabbing for attention rather then posting well thought out ideas as to why Chilly should be fired.Anyone can make mistakes during the first year of any new job.And sometimes those Titles can make a person go power hungry and do some real bonehead things.
What matters did Chilly learn from last year and can he be man enough to admit his mistakes.
So far it seems he has,Winfield saga didnt come to heated words. No real distractions so to speak of so far.Seems to me Def. is being able to play to their strengths.Sharper seems more man to man now then the cover.
Havent seen much of the Offense so far but maybe thats a good thing.
Lets first see if the Offense fumbles, bumbles games away.Take the time to see if players are blowing the game such as passes dropped.Lets also see if opposing teams focus on that right Corner side which seems to me the only weakness of the DEF.

  4. Ferg has a 700k contract so expect him to at least do KR or PR and maybe we will see some 3 WR sets involved this year. Its not like we are loaded with great Talent at the reciever spot.It will be interesting this year to see how Troy handles catching this year and if any improvement was actually made in offseason.
Bad thing is after the Moss years its tough not to try and compare.Moss most definately left his mark here and receivers will be measured against him for years to come.

Maybe with school starting anon will learn another couple of words. Second grade is always a little tougher for kids, but they do eventually learn.
