Chiefs at UW-RF
I just wanted to point this out to my fellow UW-RF alums reading this blog: ESPN has a feature on the Kansas City Chiefs' training camp at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, with a nice little photo shoot accompanying the main article. It's fun to look at the pictures of the dorm rooms we used to live in, currently servicing millionaire athletes.

The other fun thing for UWRF and the Chiefs is their HBO special focusing on training camp. I watched the premiere and noticed all of these dorms that I visited when I visited you and recognizing the stream we "wrastled" in and the field we played football on where the chiefs play....fun times.

ReplyDeleteI emailed Peter King when he did his postcard and skipped over the part of it where he gives a grade to the meal he ate. I called him an ass and set I would find his softball playing daughter, take her out for a nice seafood dinner and NEVER call her again.
